A quick message to you from our MD:
Make the Right Equipment Choice
Dear Clients & Referrers,
While you’re considering using Homecare Equipment Services, here’s something to think about.
We have curated 100 of the best mobility, rehab and daily living aids available on the planet for an affordable price. So you don’t have to waste time trying to find the best products. Our products have helped our clients ‘do something for themselves’ as they deal with the challenges of their temporary or long term situation. We see each item of equipment as a loyal and faithful friend. Yes, you can get cheaper items from various merchants around the place, but don’t forget, you only get what you pay for. You owe it to yourself to get equipment that will last. It’s an investment in your health and well being.
At Homecare, you will get quality equipment that will serve you well with product warranties and full support if you have a problem. I’m pleased to say that we rarely have any issues with our equipment. We stand by our products.
Buy once, Not twice
Do yourself a favour – Buy once, rather than twice. Get it right the first time. If you buy cheaper inferior products, it will cost you more money and heartache in the long run when they fail and then you’ll have to buy an alternative, second item. And in many cases, you will also be up for the cost of return freight as well. In our experience 3 months seems to be the life span for the cheap and nasties.
When people have orthopaedic surgery, they don’t look for the cheapest surgeon. Many procedures like hip replacement surgery cost $35-40,000. So if you are investing in the best possible surgeon, you might also want to invest in the best and publicly recognised award winning equipment provider to enable your recovery.
Here’s some recent feedback from Carol of Norwood:
“Walking again! Quality equipment made a lot of difference in (my) confidence and competence.”
Come and see us first. Buy once, not twice. Save yourself the hassle, get your products from Homecare Equipment. Our equipment should last for a minimum of 2-3 years with daily use if you look after it. So, if you were to purchase, say a $600 Mobile Shower Commode, your investment equates to about 83 cents per day over 2 years.
We welcome an opportunity to assist you.
PPS. Unfortunately, we are not able to fix inferior quality products that you buy elsewhere. We don’t carry the parts.
